System Overview
Heating furnace is a continuous combustion furnace, which is the front process of steel rolling technology. Mainly composed of preheating zone, heating zone, and homogenization zone, each zone is equipped with furnace temperature and fuel flow measurement. The main control system includes air-fuel ratio control, temperature and pressure compensation control of fuel flow, furnace temperature and pressure control, etc. Its production task is to heat the billet to a temperature range that meets the rolling requirements, make the temperature inside and outside the billet uniform, change the crystalline structure of the steel, and improve the plasticity of the steel. Therefore, the combustion control of the heating furnace plays a very important role in production.
By continuously monitoring the oxygen and carbon monoxide content in the flue gas of the heating furnace online, a basis can be provided for optimizing combustion, further improving the efficiency of steel burning, and effectively reducing fuel consumption and oxidation losses.
System Introduction
By installing an online oxygen analysis system in the preheating zone, heating zone, and homogenization zone of the heating furnace, gas analysis inside the heating furnace can be achieved, and real-time online monitoring of the combustion situation in each section of the heating furnace can be carried out to understand the distribution of the atmosphere field inside the entire heating furnace.

The ZNZ oxygen probe adopts the SIRO2 zirconia oxygen sensor imported from Australia, which is a true direct insertion structure without a heater or sampling device. It can be directly inserted into an atmosphere of 600-1400 ℃ to measure oxygen content, with a simple structure and low failure rate.
Due to the direct insertion of the sensor into the measured atmosphere without a heater or any external interference, extremely low oxygen content can be measured with a fast reaction rate (<1 second). Especially suitable for situations that require rapid response and closed-loop control.

The ZN-ZX500 online analysis system is a sampling analysis system. The system extracts the sample gas from the process pipeline through sampling preprocessing and sends it to the process analysis instrument installed on site for testing. The system consists of a sampling probe, sample gas preprocessing, and analysis control unit. Widely used for detecting various exhaust gases such as heating furnaces, hot blast stoves, exhaust gas emissions, and coal injection in blast furnaces.
The system can be installed separately in the preheating zone, heating zone, and soaking zone of the heating furnace to achieve point-to-point detection of the above sections; Three point cyclic detection can also be performed, where three different sections are analyzed using a single online analysis system, which can detect components such as O2/CO.
Introduction to Preprocessing
Sampling probe: All stainless steel sampling probe, with strong corrosion resistance, high temperature and high pressure resistance, and erosion resistance. Specially designed probe cleaning function, combined with nitrogen purging, ensures long-term stable operation of the probe.
Preprocessing system: The sample gas processing device is designed to further remove dust, water, cool down, adjust pressure, and flow rate from the collected sample gas, and finally deliver the "clean" sample gas to the analytical instrument for testing according to specific requirements.
Analysis and control system: adopting an integrated design, rain proof, can be installed on the ground or wall, with built-in pre-processing integrated unit, easy to use and operate, and convenient to maintain.
